Role Purpose

The Chief Revenue Officer will be a critical strategic leader responsible for driving Augur AI’s revenue growth, developing comprehensive go-to-market strategies, and building a world-class revenue generation engine. This role requires a visionary leader who can navigate the complex landscape of AI-powered engineering technologies and translate our innovative solutions into sustainable business success.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Revenue Planning

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy that aligns with Augur AI's long-term vision and growth objectives
  • Create and implement multi-year revenue models and forecasting methodologies
  • Design and manage strategic partnerships that accelerate revenue growth

Go-to-Market Strategy

  • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to develop compelling go-to-market approaches
  • Design and implement customer acquisition strategies
  • Develop pricing models that reflect the unique value proposition of Augur AI's solutions

Sales Leadership

  • Build and lead a high-performance sales organization from the ground up
  • Develop targeted sales strategies for key industry verticals such as aerospace, automotive, and energy

Customer Relationship Management

  • Develop strategies for customer retention, expansion, and upselling
  • Create robust customer success frameworks that demonstrate tangible value from Augur AI's solutions
  • Build and maintain relationships with key enterprise customers and strategic accounts

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of executive-level experience in enterprise software, AI technologies, or related technical B2B sales environments
  • Proven track record of building and scaling high-performance sales organizations
  • Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and engineering simulation technologies
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and business development skills
  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to generate substantial revenue in complex, technical sales environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in startups, preferably in deep tech or AI-driven solutions
  • Background in engineering, technical sales, or related technical domains
  • MBA or advanced degree in business, technology management, or related field
  • Experience in international markets and global sales strategies
  • Proven success in raising venture capital or managing investor relations
